These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Mishraji Logistics. By booking, using, or accessing our courier, transport, B2B logistics, or international shipping services, the customer agrees to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
1. DEFINITIONS
“Company” refers to Mishraji Logistics.
“Customer” refers to any individual or business using the services.
“Shipment” refers to any parcel, document, goods, or cargo handed over for transportation.
“Invoice Value” refers to the declared value of goods as per the invoice provided by the customer.
2. SERVICE SCOPE
Mishraji Logistics provides domestic courier, international courier, transport, and B2B logistics services. Services are subject to availability, route feasibility, and operational constraints.
3. BOOKING & ACCEPTANCE
All shipments are accepted subject to verification of contents, weight, dimensions, documentation, and compliance with applicable laws. The company reserves the right to refuse or hold any shipment without prior notice.
4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
The customer is responsible for:
• Providing accurate sender and receiver details
• Proper packaging suitable for transit
• Declaring true and correct invoice value
• Ensuring the shipment does not contain prohibited or restricted items
• Complying with all applicable laws, customs rules, and regulations
5. PROHIBITED ITEMS
The company does not accept prohibited, illegal, hazardous, flammable, explosive, perishable, or restricted goods unless specifically approved in writing. Any loss arising from prohibited items shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.
6. PRICING & PAYMENTS
All charges are based on actual or volumetric weight, whichever is higher. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Payment must be made in full before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. DELIVERY TERMS
Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed. Mishraji Logistics shall not be liable for delays caused by weather conditions, customs clearance, government actions, strikes, lockdowns, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
8. LIABILITY & COMPENSATION
The company’s liability for lost or damaged shipments shall be strictly limited as per the Refund & Compensation Policy of Mishraji Logistics. No claim shall exceed the limits stated in that policy.
9. INSURANCE
Insurance is optional and must be requested at the time of booking. Insurance coverage, if applicable, shall be governed by the insurer’s terms and conditions. Insurance charges are non-refundable.
10. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
International shipments are subject to customs inspection, duties, taxes, and clearance procedures. Any duties, taxes, penalties, or additional charges imposed by authorities shall be borne by the customer.
11. UNDELIVERED OR RETURNED SHIPMENTS
If a shipment is undelivered due to incorrect address, refusal by consignee, or non-availability of recipient, the shipment may be returned or disposed of at the customer’s cost. Return charges are payable by the customer.
12. CANCELLATION POLICY
Shipments may be cancelled only before pickup. Once picked up or dispatched, cancellation or refund requests will not be accepted.
13. CLAIMS
All claims must be raised in writing within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date. Claims submitted after this period may not be entertained.
14. TERMINATION OF SERVICE
The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services to any customer in case of misuse, non-payment, violation of terms, or illegal activities.
15. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
16. AMENDMENTS
Mishraji Logistics reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
17. FINAL AUTHORITY
The decision of Mishraji Logistics in all matters relating to service, claims, disputes, and interpretation of these terms shall be final and binding.
